The sessions (also called dives) are either 60 minutes or 90 minutes at full pressure
but you should allow another 20 minutes for pressurisation and depressurisation.
You may notice pressure changes in your ears similar to those experienced on
aeroplanes or under water but these can be alleviated by yawning or opening and
closing your jaw.

You can wear loose and comfortable clothing without sharp edges. It is advisable to
avoid wearing any perfumes or artificial scents.
